Reformed, expository, gospel-centered churches — because Columbus needs the Word of God.
Columbus, Ohio is home to one of the largest Somali refugee communities in the United States — second only to Minneapolis. The city's Somali Muslim population, concentrated on the north side of Columbus, has transformed neighborhoods like Hilliard and Westgate. Columbus also has significant Pakistani and Arab Muslim populations.
God has brought tens of thousands of Somalis to Columbus, Ohio. Many came fleeing war and famine, and they arrived in a city where Bible-preaching churches exist. Those churches are called to see the Somali community not as a social problem but as a gospel opportunity — neighbors to be loved and witnessed to in the name of Jesus Christ.

Columbus' Somali Muslim community — many of whom are deeply devout, community-oriented, and spiritually hungry — needs the gospel of Jesus Christ. The church is called to befriend Somali families, learn about their culture, pray faithfully, and proclaim that Jesus is the Son of God who died and rose again — offering forgiveness and eternal life to all who believe.
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek." — Romans 1:16
This church directory is maintained by Relentless Gospel as a resource for believers seeking faithful, Bible-preaching churches across America's most significant mission fields. We prioritize churches that hold to the historic Reformed faith, preach the Word expositionally, and are committed to gospel outreach in their communities.
Not all listings may be perfectly up to date. Always verify service times, locations, and theological commitments directly with each church before visiting.
